Product Consultation and A/S Guide

- For K&TK customer support inquiries, please contact us through "Contact Us" or via Narae Sound Co., Ltd. (naraesound.co.kr).

- For A/S requests, you can visit the headquarters in person or send the product via courier.
(Note: Due to the nature of imported products, not all A/S parts may be in stock. Please consult us beforehand.)

- A/S is a paid service except for initial product defects.

How to Apply

- Visit the headquarters in person or send the product via courier.

- Please include your contact information and a detailed description of the product's issue to facilitate faster A/S processing.
(Your name/company name, phone number/mobile number, return address, product issue description, purchase date, warranty registration status, etc.)

- For courier services, K&TK will cover one-way shipping, and the customer will cover the other.
(Note: For initial defects within 10 days of purchase, the company will cover round-trip shipping costs.)

- Weekdays: Monday to Friday (10:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
(Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays are closed.)
